Located on the highest hill in Zabada Area, this country house enjoys a 360-degree panoramic view of a beautiful countryside with a distant twinkling shine of the dead sea. Original house was designed by the renowned Ammar Khammash. Latest designs were created by Lebanon’s Elie Abs, Co-founding architect of Accent DG. AJC performed several phases of work between 2017 and 2020 to include a major renovation of the main house and constructed several chalets along with renewed landscaping works to meet the needs of the growing family.
Zai project is located in Al-Salt where AJC performed a renovation and a major extension of an existing country house. With a brilliant design by Sahel Alhiyari, an extension with artistic mastery was designed and implemented to seamlessly merge the old house with a stunning new extension.
Jalaad country house is located on a beautiful hill side in Al-Salt. Designed by the renowned Ammar Khammas, Jalaad project stands out in the area with its artistic natural beauty and remarkable design feats. Although Jalaad project serves as a summer house for a family to spend their vacations in when they visit Jordan, it has top of the line MEP systems with underfloor heating, ducted cooling, 2 kitchens, solar power generators, and a home automation system to maximize the pleasure and comfort for its occupants.
The seaside chalets are two projects that AJC took on simultaneously in Aqaba. The first was a renovation and extension of one of the oldest beach houses on Aqaba’s shoreline. The design preserves the history and spirit of the +60-year-old chalet and harmoniously blends in a beautiful modern interior bringing comfort and relaxation. The second project was a renovation in Ayla’s islands. The owner designed the interior herself and overlooked the construction process the entire time. She introduced stunning details while maintaining a simple beach house feel creating undoubtedly the most beautiful house in Ayla.
